This work was conceived in 1992.  It projects the vision of male and female forces providing the seed to the earth.  It was first exhibited at Andrew's own Open Studio in that year.  Once again because of the artists' own knowledge of foundry practices he has enhanced the vision of this work by selecting two very different patinas for the figures. The male figure is dark, almost black to represent the earth while the female is golden to represent the light; the strong contrast brings a balanced unity to the sculpture.
