Lenox Sculpture Walk 2010

This summer, the public will have the opportunity to experience twenty-five of Andrew's large-scale sculptures on the streets of Lenox, MA.  Lenox has recently undergone a million dollar renovation that greatly enhances its classic New England character.  This is the largest outdoor exhibit ever held by an individual artist in the Historic District of Lenox. Andrew’s figurative bronzes will grace the lawns and sidewalks throughout the village.

Come and join us at River Studio in Middlefield, MA (click here for directions) from 2:00 to 5:00 pm Saturday, August 14th and Sunday, August 15th as Sculptor Andrew DeVries opens his private studio to the public. At 2:30 each day Andrew will demonstrate lost wax bronze casting, from mold-making to the pouring of molten bronze at over 2,000 °F.

Clark Art Institute: Bronze Pour and Casting Demonstration

As part of Clark Art Institute's "Family Day" Andrew will be giving two Bronze Pour/Casting Demonstrations. The day's events begin at 12:00 pm; specific times of Andrew's portion will be announced as we get closer to the date. This event will be free and open to the public.
