Barn Studio
| The
barn studio seemed huge when we first moved into it. Now, it still seems large, but
we have divided it into several work areas. We now have a metal working area, a wood
working area, an area to make sculpture bases, an area take photos of sculptures and a
separate wax chasing room. The newest addition we are working on is making a
cappuccino bar on the loft above the wax chasing room. During the colder winter months, I sculpt in the Barn studio, to take advantage of the heated wax chasing room. But, when summer rolls around I like to sculpt in the foundry studio so I can enjoy the wonderful natural lighting and the sounds of the nearby brook. |
